SIPCO panels are manufactured for use in a variety
of building applications from self build projects
to schools and hospitals
SIPS are often specified as infill to steel, concrete, oak or glulam timber frame structures, and can sit inside or outside the frame itself and therefore take out frame cladding. This method of infill walling is incredibly quick to install, making it an innovative solution for speeding up high rise construction and achieving a rapid dry envelope. Large format wall assemblies/panels offer a highly cost-effective infill solution for a variety of finishes.
SIP infill walling reduces thermal bridging, making this option a great alternative to traditional Steel Framing Systems (SFS).
SIP infill walling solutions are becoming increasingly popular when used as a backing panel to rainscreen systems and cladding systems.
SIPCO have developed standard details which provide fixing methods for connecting SIPS to most structural frames. Through experience of high rise applications and the use of various cladding types we can offer the architect/designer confidence in the products suitability and can custom-manufacture SIPS receive a range of cladding options including; ceramic tiles, steel faced composites, timber and cementitious fibre boards.
At SIPCO we can prove our competence and experience through our completed projects and existing clients.
